Index Component Notes :

1. Class FG has been superceded by Class FG(R). All former holders of Class FG has been converted to Class e-FG.
2. There will be no conversion for any Class FG(R) holders.
3. Class FG(R) is limited to one person at any given time.
4. Class FF is a permanent class for a specific person only.
5. Class L has been permanently revoked. All holders of Class L has been converted to Class e-L.
6. One person may hold more than one class at any given point in time except for Class PS holders.
7. All present holders of both Class F and Class S have been combined into Class SF. Allocations to singular Class F and Class S has been reduced.
8. Class PS is restricted to a current limit of four persons. Future issuance of this class has been permanently suspended.
9. Except for Class PS, the percentage to each holder may vary for all classes with multiple holders.
